Creativity@Work^®was founded in 1998 by Dr. Andrew Apter, who has been applying creativity for over 25 years in his work as Executive Director, organizational development consultant, performance coach, teacher, and writer.

Andrew has facilitated workshops and planning sessions in every conceivable work setting, including Fortune 500 companies and high-tech start-ups, non-profit and professional organizations, and educational and governmental institutions.

By using creativity as the platform for organizational development, clients gain insight into what practices are sustainable and which innovative path is essential to maintain a competitive edge.
